Warranty Policy

Dear customer, welcome to the warranty policy page. We at Phone Zone store work hard to provide and secure a full warranty in the event of a defect in materials, design or manufacturing after purchasing the product through our store, and on certain products. For more details, please read the following paragraphs:


  • All Apple electronic products such as (Mac - Iphone - Apple watch - Airpod - Apple TV) are guaranteed for two years at Arab Computers according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • To benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the device's serial number and to ensure the validity of the warranty period.


Warranty Service Provider:

  • The product warranty and manufacturing quality are provided by the agent or supplier, and the customer must contact them directly to obtain warranty and maintenance services in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  • Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent or supplier are not the responsibility of Phone Zone Store. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service. The customer must contact the agent or supplier directly in the event of any complaint or claim.


General terms of warranty:

  • The product repair time takes approximately (15) days maximum for faults covered by the warranty**.
  • The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.
  • The shelf life of each product varies and the customer should refer to the product manual or contact the dealer for details.

The warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting from:

• Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.

• Fractures, impacts, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperatures.

• Repair attempts or maintenance operations by parties not approved by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Specifications and Standards Authority.


Delivery service:

  • In the event of faults covered by the warranty, the customer bears the cost of shipping from his city to the Phone Zone store maintenance center, while the Phone Zone store bears the cost of returning the product to the customer’s city.
  • The delivery service takes between 4-7 days after receiving the product from the shipping company, and this period is not included in the repair time.

Products that do not include warranty

  • Mobile accessories such as covers, stickers and grips.
  • Mobile base for car.
  • Incense burners and products not covered by the agent's warranty.
